Ingredients

(for 6 servings)

  • 150 G organic quinoa
  • 280 ml Water
  • 20 ml beetroot juice
  • 1/2 TL Salt
  • 5 tbsp vegan-redbeet:PROTEIN

Here's how it's done:

Dough preparation:

  1. Rinse the quinoa in a sieve, puree it with water, beetroot juice, red beet protein and salt in a blender until it forms a smooth dough. Allow the dough to swell for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat some oil in the pan and fry the dough in portions on both sides for about 3 minutes to make wraps.
  3. Keep finished wraps warm in the oven or enjoy them cold with a savory filling of your choice.
