Ingredients (for approx. 10–12 balls)

  • 1 cup ground almond protein mix

  • 1 container (approx. 150 g) Greek yogurt, 10% fat

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
(alternatively: frozen raspberries, thawed and drained well)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the raspberries:
Wash the fresh raspberries and pat them carefully dry. If you are using frozen berries, let them thaw and gently squeeze out excess liquid.

  2. Make the dough:
Mix the ground almond protein mix in a bowl with the Greek yogurt and raspberries.
→ The mixture should be moldable but not too sticky. If necessary, add a little more ground almond protein mix or yogurt.

  3. Form the balls:
Form small balls with slightly damp hands (approx. walnut-sized). If you like, you can roll them in some ground almonds or coconut flakes.

  4. Bake in the air fryer:
Place the balls in the air fryer basket with some space between them.
Bake them at 170 °C for approx. 10-12 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown on the outside and still soft on the inside.

  5. Cool & Enjoy:
Let the balls cool briefly. They taste wonderful lukewarm, but are also great as a snack on the go or as a breakfast side dish.

💚 Tip

These balls are not only naturally sweet from the almonds and fruit, but also rich in fiber and protein. Ideal as a guilt-free snack!
