Himmlische Erdmandel-Kokos-Himbeer Cookies

Heavenly Ground Almond-Coconut-Raspberry Cookies

These fruity, delicate cookies combine the subtle flavor of hazelnuts with a summery raspberry-coconut note. They contain no refined sugar, are quick to make, and work perfectly both traditionally and vegan. Lightly golden brown on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside – perfect as a healthy snack, with coffee, or between meals.

Effect on the three constitutions (Lung · Tripa · Beken):

Lung (Wind):
The cookies have a stabilizing and nourishing effect. Hazelnuts, butter/vegan fat, and the natural sweetness soothe the nervous system and help balance inner restlessness.

Tripa (Bile):
Enjoyed in moderation, they have a harmonizing effect. The fruity raspberry note brings lightness, while excessive heat (e.g., baking them too dark) should be avoided to prevent irritating Tripa.

Beken (Phlegm):
Warming and slightly drying due to the baking process and hazelnuts. Nevertheless, they are better suited as an occasional treat, as sweet and fatty components can increase Beken.

👉 Tip: Enjoy them lukewarm – this particularly supports digestion for all three constitutions.
