Effect on the constitutions

Lung: Cold, raw foods like nice cream can exacerbate Lung and promote restlessness or bloating.
Tip: Let it thaw slightly and balance it with warming spices (e.g., cinnamon, ginger).

Tripa: Nice cream has a cooling and soothing effect – ideal for Tripa types, especially on warm days.
Tip: Choose mild nut butters and avoid spicy seasonings.

Beken: Cool, sweet, and heavy – the recipe can increase Beken and strain digestion.
Tip: Enjoy in moderation, enhance it with warming spices, and do not eat it on an empty stomach.

Recipe for 2 servings:

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • 2 tsp choco:MAGIC
  • 50 ml plant-based milk (e.g. oat, almond or coconut drink)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (choice of cashew, almond, peanut or hazelnut butter)
  • Optional: 1 pinch vanilla bean powder

 How to make it:

  1. Prepare the bananas: Peel the ripe bananas, cut them into pieces and freeze for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

  2. Mix all ingredients: Add the frozen bananas, choco:MAGIC, plant-based milk, nut butter and optional vanilla powder to a powerful blender.

  3. Blend until creamy: Blend until a smooth, creamy mixture forms. If necessary, scrape down the sides with a spatula or add a splash more plant-based milk if the blender is struggling.

  4. Serve: Enjoy immediately as "nicecream" – best served fresh. Alternatively, you can let it firm up slightly in the freezer for 1–2 hours and then serve it like classic ice cream.

  5. Topping tip: Garnish with grated dark chocolate, cacao nibs, chopped nuts or berries for that extra touch.
