Chia-Kaviar mit green:ANGEL & frischer Minze

Chia caviar with green:ANGEL & fresh mint

This vegan chia caviar is not only a creative and delicious alternative to classic caviar, but also a real nutrient upgrade for your kitchen. Enhanced with green:ANGEL, it delivers valuable micronutrients from microalgae such as vitamin B12 and iron, as well as functional plant compounds such as glucosinolates from horseradish extract.

The combination of nori seaweed provides a delicate, maritime note, while fresh mint gives the whole thing a light, refreshing touch. Perfect as a healthy all-purpose topping for bowls, sushi, or avocado toast – simple, versatile, and full of plant-based power.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 sheets of nori seaweed
  • 1 ml green:ANGEL

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the soy sauce and water in a bowl. Let stand for about 10–15 minutes until the chia seeds develop a gel-like, caviar-like consistency.
  2. Meanwhile, finely grind the dried nori sheets (ideally in a high-performance blender).
  3. Once the chia seeds have swelled into a gel, stir in the olive oil, 1 ml green:ANGEL and finely ground nori seaweed sheets.
  4. Pour the chia caviar into a sealable jar.

Tip:

The chia caviar is perfect for bowls, sushi, avocado toast, bread spreads, or as a topping for salads.
