Ingredients

  • 100 g oat flour (gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp organic:FLAXSEED
  • 1 tbsp organic BUCKWHEAT
  • 2 tablespoons organic HEMP SEEDS (unpeeled)
  • 2 tablespoons fine:COCOA BEANS (ground)
  • 30 g dates
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple or agave syrup
  • approx. 100 ml oat milk (gluten-free)


Here's how it's done:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C fan.
  2. Cut pitted dates into small pieces.
  3. Finely grind oat flakes or use oat flour.
  4. Mix all ingredients together to form a sticky dough.
  5. If the dough is too dry, just add a little more oat milk. If it is too soft, just add a little more oat flour.
  6. Use a spoon to place about 16 small heaps of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them flat with moistened hands.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
