Ingredients

  • 260 g spelt flour
  • 40 g vegan-redbeet:PROTEIN
  • 1/2 package of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 290 g soy yoghurt (alternatively 1 cup sour cream + 2 tablespoons curd)
  • Some melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons organic BUCKWHEAT

Here's how it's done:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add soy yoghurt or sour cream and curd cheese and knead into a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 parts, knead each into a ball and shape into a bagel.
  4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with buckwheat.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes in the hot air fryer or 20 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
