  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1–2 tbsp sweet sauce (e.g. agave syrup or honey)
  • 2–3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Optional: 1 tsp fresh ginger

Topping (choice of):

  • 1 tbsp Keimkraft sulfo:PLUS (sprouts mix)
  • or Keimkraft Chili Kick
  • or Keimkraft Grünzeug
  • or Keimkraft Wurzelwerk

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Heat coconut oil in a wok or large frying pan and briefly sauté the onion and garlic. Add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes.
  2. Add the soy sauce and sweet sauce and mix everything well. Stir in the sesame seeds and cook the vegetables covered for a few minutes until tender-crisp. Stir occasionally to allow the flavors to combine well.
  3. Arrange the finished wok vegetables on plates and sprinkle with the Keimkraft topping only shortly before serving to preserve the valuable nutrients and enzymes.
