Almond-Chocolate Mini-Rolls

These delicate almond-chocolate mini loaves combine wholesome ingredients with winter spices and natural sweetness from dates. They are quick to prepare, heavenly moist, and nourishing – perfect for cozy moments, as a little energy snack, or as a healthy alternative to classic Christmas cookies. The combination of almonds, dark chocolate, and warming spices gently supports and balances both body and mind.

Effect on the three constitutions (Lung, Tripa, Beken – Tibetan medicine)

Lung (Wind): Calming and stabilizing
→ The nourishing almonds, eggs, and honey have a grounding and soothing effect.

Tripa (Fire): Slightly warming, but balancing
→ Dark chocolate and spices provide a little warmth, which is well balanced by the almonds and spelt.

Beken (Water/Earth): Gently stimulating
→ The warming spices and moderate sweetness support digestion and reduce heaviness.
