Almond-Raspberry Protein Pancakes

Tiger nut raspberry protein pancakes – not only do they sound like a Sunday luxury, but thanks to your blend, they are also full of plant-based power.
These pancakes are slightly crispy on the outside, beautifully moist on the inside, and bring a real brunch feeling to the plate with tiger nut, raspberry, and coconut – completely without refined sugar, but with natural sweetness from banana and tiger nut. Perfect for anyone who wants to treat themselves without compromising on nutrients.

  • Lung (Wind)
The sweet and fruity tiger nut raspberry pancakes have a calming, grounding, and nourishing effect. Tiger nut and banana provide stability, while psyllium husks support gentle digestion – ideal for inner restlessness, nervousness, and dryness.

    Tripa (Fire)
The pancakes are slightly warming, but remain balancing thanks to coconut, tiger nut, and psyllium husks. The fruity acidity (raspberry/strawberry) can feel more intense for hot Tripa types – therefore, it is better to combine smaller portions with plenty of cooling coconut yogurt.

    Beken (Phlegm)
For Beken, the pancakes are nourishing and rather heavy, but provide long-lasting energy. Psyllium husks promote digestion and counteract sluggishness. Best in moderation and with many berries as a light, fresh addition.
