Cremiger Mango-Lassi mit natto:MAGIC

Creamy mango lassi with natto:MAGIC

A wonderfully creamy, high-protein mango lassi with natural sweetness and fruity freshness. Thanks to natto:MAGIC, the drink also provides valuable nutrients such as calcium from sango coral, plant-based protein, and fermented nattokinase – perfect as a light breakfast, summer snack, or nutrient-rich smoothie between meals.

Effect on the constitutions

Lung (Wind/Energy)

The creamy consistency and nourishing ingredients have a stabilizing and calming effect on Lung. Mango, as well as almond and coconut protein, provide gentle grounding and balance. The nattokinase contained in natto:MAGIC – an enzyme from fermented soybeans – is traditionally associated with flow, movement, and vitality, and can thus energetically harmonize stagnant Lung tendencies.

Tripa (Fire/Metabolism)

The fruity freshness and lemon juice have a pleasantly cooling and harmonizing effect on Tripa. Nattokinase complements the drink in a light way due to its fermented origin, without overheating or weighing it down. This keeps the mango lassi pleasantly balancing and metabolism-supporting.

Beken (Earth/Water)

The light, fruity recipe ideally supports Beken without weighing it down. Lemon juice and mango provide natural activation and freshness. The fermented nattokinase in natto:MAGIC is traditionally associated with dynamism and inner flow, and therefore suits sluggish Beken tendencies particularly well.

Ingredients (for 2 glasses)

  • 250 g frozen mango (slightly thawed)
  • 300 g Skyr or plant-based yogurt alternative
  • 150–200 ml cold water
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp organic mango fruit powder
  • 2 ml natto:MAGIC powder complex
  • Optional: 1 tsp date powder or honey for extra sweetness
