Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 3 tablespoons sea salt
- 3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons puffed millet (optional)
- 3 nori seaweed sheets
Here's how it's done:

Lightly toast the nori seaweed sheets until crispy and then crumble into small pieces.

Roast sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Mix matcha powder, sea salt, toasted sesame seeds and crumbled nori seaweed in a bowl.

Mix thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
