Jamu-Wraps: Magische Linsenfladen

Jamu wraps: magical lens flade

These protein-rich wraps made from red lentils and a touch of jamu:MAGIC will add variety to your kitchen! Simple, nutritious and versatile - perfect for filling with your favourite ingredients. Whether as a light snack or a filling meal, these lentil flatbreads are a delicious and healthy choice.

This recipe has a balancing effect on the Tibetan constitutional types:

Lung (Wind): The red lentils and the warm, slightly oily dish soothe the Lung dosha, which is characterized by dryness and coldness. The addition of Jamu:MAGIC with warming spices such as ginger and cinnamon also supports grounding and balance.

Tripa (fire): The recipe has an anti-inflammatory effect due to the red lentils and the curcumin content in Jamu:MAGIC. It helps to regulate excess heat in the Tripa dosha.

Beken (Earth/Water): The light lentils and warming spices also make the dish digestible for Beken, as it balances the heaviness of this dosha and stimulates digestion. The moderate use of oil ensures that it is not too heavy.
