Ingredients

Ingredients (for about 12-15 balls):

  • 200 g pitted dates
  • 50 g almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons choco:MAGIC
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for more creaminess)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract (to taste)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of water (if the mixture is too dry)
  • 2 scoops keen:MIND


Here's how it's done:

  1. Soak dates (optional):
    If the dates are very dry, soak them in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain well.

  2. Mix ingredients:
    Place the dates, oats, ground almonds, cocoa powder, coconut oil, salt and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients until they form a sticky mass. If the mass is too dry, add water a spoonful at a time.

  3. add cognitives:
    Open the capsules and mix the powder into the mixture. Mix again briefly until everything is well distributed.

  4. Form balls:
    Roll the mixture with your hands into small balls (approx. 2-3 cm in diameter).

  5. Cool:
    Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
