Raspberry protein ice cream with curd cheese

Ingredients - 1 person

  • 100 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 15 g vegan-redbeet:PROTEIN
  • 1 shot of agave syrup

Here's how it's done:

  1. Puree the frozen raspberries with 1-2 tablespoons of water. Then add the curd, protein and agave syrup and mix until smooth.
  2. Place the ice cream in the freezer for about 1 hour, stirring regularly until it has cooled and is creamy.

Tip: You can also use blackberries, strawberries for various refreshing ice cream variations.
