100 g bulgur (1 cup)
- double the amount of water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 scoops no:COFFE
- 100 ml Haferbarista
- 2 dates
Topping:
- almond flakes
- 2 dates (depending on taste)
Here's how it's done:

Rinse the bulgur thoroughly under running water in a fine sieve until the water runs clear.
- Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. bulgur add and Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- As soon as the bulgur has absorbed the water, pour in 100 ml of oat barista, add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 ml of no:COFFEE and 2 chopped dates.
- Another 2 minutes simmer gently.
- Divide into two bowls and serve garnished with toppings.
