Ingredients:
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple or rice syrup
- 2 measuring spoons (4g) natto:MAGIC
- 2 kiwis
- coconut chips and berries as topping
Here's how it's done:
- For the chia pudding, mix the coconut milk with syrup, chia seeds and 2 scoops of natto:MAGIC.
- Then refrigerate the chia pudding for about an hour, stirring once or twice in between. To make sure it sets nicely, it's best to leave it overnight.
- Peel, cut and puree the kiwi. Pour the pudding into two glasses, pour the kiwi puree over it and serve decorated with toppings. Enjoy!
