Ingredients:

  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple or rice syrup
  • 2 measuring spoons (4g) natto:MAGIC
  • 2 kiwis
  • coconut chips and berries as topping

Here's how it's done:

  • For the chia pudding, mix the coconut milk with syrup, chia seeds and 2 scoops of natto:MAGIC.
  • Then refrigerate the chia pudding for about an hour, stirring once or twice in between. To make sure it sets nicely, it's best to leave it overnight.
  • Peel, cut and puree the kiwi. Pour the pudding into two glasses, pour the kiwi puree over it and serve decorated with toppings. Enjoy!
