Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 80 g peanut butter
  • 110 g date:SUGAR
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons choco:MAGIC
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 1 handful of chopped peanuts
  • Sugar-free chocolate drops (optional)


Here's how it's done:

  1. Drain the chickpeas through a sieve and mix with all other ingredients except the chopped nuts and/or chocolate drops.
  2. Fold in chopped nuts and/or chocolate drops.
  3. Using a tablespoon, place about 12 heaps of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them flat.
  4. Bake at 180° C top / bottom heat for approx. 18 minutes until light brown.
