Ingredients

1 ripe pear, peeled and cored
- 1/2 banana, peeled (frozen in pieces for even more cream)
- 2 measuring spoons of beauty:STAR collagen complex
- 250 ml almond milk or another plant-based milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
- A few ice cubes (optional, for a cooler consistency)
Here's how it's done:

Cut the pear and banana into pieces. (You can optionally use frozen banana)
- Add the almond milk or other milk of your choice.
- Add 2 scoops of beauty:STAR complex.
- If you like it sweeter, optionally add a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup.
- Mix everything well until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- If desired, add a few ice cubes and mix again.
- Pour the finished pear smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
