A discount code for our online shop usually only expires after you have redeemed it. However, there are occasionally promotions where discount codes are only valid for a limited time. We will always let you know the exact period so that you don't miss any opportunity to save.

After you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive an email from us with your personal discount code. Simply click on the link in the email and the code will be automatically redeemed at checkout. If that does not
work, you can also easily enter the discount code in the discount code field at
checkout.

Yes!
You can easily enter the discount code in the discount code field at checkout, and 5% will be credited to your entire order.

In this case, please check your spam folder to see if the JOY NATURALS discount code ended up there. Not there either? Then feel free to contact our customer support team – we always respond quickly and are happy to help.
