Effect on the constitutions

Lung (Wind/Energy)

The creamy consistency, high-quality olive oil and nourishing feta have a stabilizing and calming effect on Lung. Especially in combination with fresh bread, it creates a pleasantly grounding meal.

Tripa (Fire/Metabolism)

The fresh herbs and green olives have a slightly balancing effect on Tripa. Garlic and any spices used should be used sparingly for sensitive Tripa types.

Beken (Earth/Water)

The savory character of the spread supports Beken well. Olives, herbs and garlic bring activation and flavor. For Beken, the version with vegan-greensPROTEIN is particularly suitable, as it is lighter, activating and richer in protein.

  • 1 tbsp vegan-greensPROTEIN

It adds extra plant-based protein to the spread and a pleasantly fresh herbal note. It is particularly recommended for Beken types, as the herbal components can have an invigorating effect.

Preparation

Roughly crumble the feta and place it in a blender with the green olives, garlic and 2 tbsp olive oil.

If using, add vegan-greensPROTEIN and briefly blend until a creamy, slightly textured mixture forms. Alternatively, the ingredients can be finely chopped and then mixed together.

Fold in the parsley and season with pepper. If the spread is too firm, add a little more olive oil.

Transfer to a shallow bowl and use a spoon to create the typical meze texture. Drizzle with a little olive oil and, if desired, garnish with paprika powder, pul biber or fresh herbs.

vegan-greensPROTEIN

The herbal note of vegan-greensPROTEIN harmonizes perfectly with the olives, feta and parsley. At the same time, it increases the protein content of the spread and makes it an even more satiating component of a balanced meal.
