Stuffed zucchini with feta and bell pepper

The vegetarian dish is not only easy to prepare, but is also low in calories and full of vitamins. Whether as a main course or a delicious side dish – these stuffed zucchini from the oven bring Mediterranean flair to the plate. Ideal for quick after-work cooking or as a light summer dish.

Effect on the three constitutions

Lung (Wind): The warm, cooked dish with feta has a balancing and soothing effect. Well suited, as it is nourishing and stabilizing.

Tripa (Fire): The light freshness of zucchini and parsley cools gently, while bell pepper and onion are slightly heating. Suitable for Tripa types in moderation.

Beken (Earth): Due to the oven baking and the light ingredients, the recipe is not too heavy, the fresh herbs additionally stimulate digestion – therefore balancing for Beken.
