Ingredients
- 2 stalks of lemongrass
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 teaspoons tahini sauce
- 3 tablespoons yacon syrup (sweet:ROOT)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sambal Olek
- 1 teaspoon miso paste
- Garlic
- 1 ML jamu:MAGIC (optional)
Here's how it's done:
- Cut the lemongrass into pieces and peel and grate the ginger.
- Put sesame oil in a pot and heat with the ginger and lemongrass and simmer for a few minutes fry.
- Deglaze with soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.
- Add all other ingredients except jamu:MAGIC to the pot and simmer gently until a thick sauce forms.
- Last 1 Stir in ML jamu:MAGIC.
- Then pass through a sieve and store in a sealable jar in the refrigerator.
