Ingredients
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp date:SUGAR
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 2 ML natural:BEAUTY
- 2 ML golden:AGES (optional)
- Topping: Mixed berries
Here's how it's done:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix together the oats, hazelnuts, cinnamon and salt.
- Heat coconut oil until it is liquid.
- Add date:SUGAR to the oat mixture and mix well.
- Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown, turning once, removing from the oven and allowing to cool.
- Mix yoghurt with 2 ML natural:BEAUTY and optionally golden:AGES, pour into glasses, cover with granola and berries and enjoy.
