Ingredients

  • 250 g pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 180 g oat flakes
  • 80 g apple sauce
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons date:SUGAR
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 tbsp organic: APPLE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • For the apple sauce: 3 tablespoons apple sauce, 1 ml jamu:MAGIC

Here's how it's done:

  1. To make homemade pumpkin puree, simply cut a small Hokkaido pumpkin into wedges with the skin on, place in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes and puree finely with a little oil.
  2. Then simply put all the ingredients into a high-performance blender and mix well.
  3. Finally, mix in the apple cider vinegar and baking powder.
  4. Spread into a loaf pan and bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Serve with jamu apple sauce.
