Raw food tart

These raw food tarts are a pleasure - and not only spoil with good taste, but also deliver the special nutrient plus from Jamu: Magic.

Ingredients

  • Floor:
  • 80 g almonds, 40 g walnuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons oat flour (or ground oat flakes)
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey

  • Cream:
  • 3 ML jamu:MAGIC
  • 120 g cashew nuts (soaked)
  • 50 ml plant milk
  • 2 cups applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons finely ground psyllium husks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons date:SUGAR

Here's how it's done:

  1. Knead all ingredients for the base into a dough.
  2. Pour into approx. 6-8 muffin tins and press up evenly to create small cake cups.
  3. Place the nut molds in the freezer.
  4. In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the cream into a homogeneous mass and fill it into a piping bag.
  5. Take the nut tart out of the freezer and fill it with the cream.
  6. Then place it back in the freezer for another 1/2 to 1 hour.
