Fruity Strawberry-Banana Protein Bars 🍓🍌

These strawberry-banana protein bars are the perfect combination of natural sweetness and nutrient-rich energy - and all without oats! The base of organic protein porridge almond-natural ensures a fine consistency and provides high-quality plant-based protein. Fruit powder from strawberries gives a fresh note, while banana and dates provide a pleasantly soft texture and natural sweetness. With a touch of rapeseed oil, the bars are wonderfully juicy and remain light. An ideal snack for on the go, after exercise or as a healthy treat! 🌟

Effect on the Tibetan constitutional types:

Lung (Wind type):

The sweet, moist character of banana and dates calms the dry and restless Lung type. The almond-based protein porridge nourishes and grounds, while the light oiliness of the rapeseed oil balances out dryness. The soft consistency is ideal for Lung as it is gentle and digestible.

Tipa (Fire-type):

The recipe harmonizes Tipa types through the cooling properties of strawberries and the moderate sweetness of dates and banana. The almond porridge is easy to digest and does not burden, while the balanced composition does not generate additional internal heat.

Beken (Earth-Water type):

For Beken types, the bars bring lightness through the protein porridge and the refreshing fruity note of the strawberries. The natural sweeteners such as banana and dates provide energy without weighing you down, while the baking powder ensures an airy consistency. The subtle rapeseed oil supports the metabolism and prevents sluggishness.
