  • 80 g almond:PROTEIN PORRIDGE
  • 20 g edel:COCOA POWDER fine
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g organic HEMP SEEDS (unpeeled)
  • 10 g chocolate nibs

Ice cream:

  • 1 banana (frozen in pieces)
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 60-70 g Barista

Here's how it's done:

  1. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork.
  2. Add all dry ingredients.
  3. Beat 2 eggs until frothy and add to the other ingredients.
  4. Mix everything well.
