Creamy Choco-Tonka Dream

Ice cream dream - an incredibly creamy and delicious temptation made from cashews and oat milk. With a pinch of tonka bean, cocoa and a hint of coconut, the new choco:MAGIC conjures up real moments of pleasure on your palate with this ice cream recipe. The best thing about it: It is extremely easy to prepare and impresses with its rich, smooth texture. A true ice cream treat that is both uncomplicated and irresistibly delicious!

This delicious cashew cream with choco:MAGIC is particularly suitable for the Tripa type as it has a cooling and calming effect. The combination of cashews and oat milk balances the fiery nature of the Tripa and supports inner balance. The recipe is also suitable for Lung types as the natural sweetness and creaminess of the cashews provide a pleasant grounding effect and counteracts nervousness. The Beken type should enjoy the recipe in moderation as it is cooling and heavy - a small pinch of cinnamon can help to support balance.

Ingredients

  • 200g cashew nuts (soaked)
  • 300 ml oat milk
  • 1-2 tbsp syrup (maple, agave or honey, optional)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon choco:MAGIC (12g)

Here's how it's done:

  1. Soak cashews in warm water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Then puree the soaked nuts together with the oat milk and choco:MAGIC to form a fine, smooth cream.
  3. Pour the cream into a freezer-safe container and leave to set in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  4. Stir 1-2 times to achieve a particularly creamy consistency.
  5. To serve, form balls and sprinkle with a pinch of choco:MAGIC if desired.
